thyssenkrupp Industries India has well established itself in the field of design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of a wide range of steam and power generation plants for various industrial applications.

We have been in the business of large capacity boilers since 1970s, developing boilers for the sugar industry. More than 156 of our boilers are in operation in India and overseas.

tkII entered into collaboration for technology in late eighties with Deutsche Babcock Germany with brand name of CIRCOFLUID (now Cold Cyclone CFBC) for building contemporary CFBC boilers in India. This most modern technology was well accepted by the market for Captive Power Generation / Co-generation application with 55 CFBC boilers commissioned and 15 under various stages of execution as on date. From a leadership position in the circulating fluidized bed boilers, the company has expanded its range to provide complete power plants on an EPC basis.

We have a well-established design & engineering set up for:

  • Systems engineering for the complete plant
  • Mechanical systems including boilers, auxiliaries, structurals, piping etc.
  • Electrical systems design and engineering of electrical equipment
  • Instrumentation and control systems for field and control room
  • Civil work

After being so successful in delivering such sophisticated technology for solid fuel fired boilers, we decided to introduce other modern steam generation technologies e.g., boilers suitable for oil & gas firing, agro-waste firing etc. and also waste heat recovery boilers. We tied up with M/s EckRohr Kessel, Germany, for sourcing their exclusive designs and offering the same to the Indian market. The designs are highly reliable, user friendly, easy to maintain and has operational advantages such as quick start ability and high efficiencies.

we have commissioned a 120 tph Waste Heat Recovery Boiler from M/s Sathavahana Ispat Limited for their Bellary plant.
